Implantology

DON’T STOP SMILING

What is a dental implant?
A dental implant is a titanium fixation that joins the bone of the jaw or maxilla forming what will be the new root of the tooth. Once the new root, that is to say, the dental implant, has been perfectly integrated into the bone, we proceed to place the corresponding fixed sleeve or bridge so that we already have the new teeth stable, functional, safe, in place and forever.
They are the substitute for the natural pieces that return stability, functionality and appearance to the teeth. The implants are placed on the bone following a specific and custom structure.

IMMEDIATE CHARGE IMPLANTS

It consists of placing the number of implants that the patient needs, it can already be a unitary implant as a complete arch. If it is a complete arch, 4 or 6 implants can be placed to provide an optimal support to place a prosthesis. The prosthesis that is placed is provisional, to guarantee a correct osseointegration of the implant in the bone. Once the osseointegration period has been completed, after the third month, the definitive prosthesis can be placed.

If it is a unitary implant, the implant will be placed and then the crown. All this is done in the same clinical session (immediate loading). In this way, the patient leaves the clinic, regardless of the number of implants, with his prosthesis placed.

Implant + Crown in the same session

UNITARY DENTAL IMPLANT WITH CROWN

The unitary dental implant is the simplest and most basic procedure for implant treatments and is used when only one tooth needs to be replaced. This type of unitary dental implant assumes the function of the root of the tooth, transmitting the masticatory force from the crown to the bone. This helps the bone maintain its function and does not atrophy.

At our Clinic we give you a guarantee on your implants, we work with the best brands.
